Active Codes - What Is Live Right Now
For Genting Casino in the UK, promo codes fall into two clear buckets, and they do not mix. Deposit codes for the online site work only on gentingcasino.com or in the official app. Separate in-venue codes and promos are tied to the Cromwell Road casino itself and stay inside that building. One type will not trigger the other, so it matters which route you are actually using.
| Code | Channel | Offer | Min Deposit | Wagering |
|---|
| BIG132 | Online / App | 132 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza | £10 | 60x free spin winnings, 30 days |
| GoldBets | Online | 100% match up to £50 + 10 live casino free bets | £10 | Per T&Cs on site |
| CASINO99 | Genting Hotel | Overnight stay + breakfast + £20 dinner voucher | Hotel booking | N/A - hotel package |
| Crack The Safe | In-venue (Cromwell Road) | £2,500 free play, pot grows £500 per unclaimed week | In-venue only | N/A |
Codes GN185, WGN185, and GCFISH100 still appear on various voucher or coupon sites. None of them is confirmed by the operator at this point. Before putting money behind any of those, it is safer to check gentingcasino.com/promotions and see if they are actually mentioned there.
Using BIG132 - The Main Online Route
BIG132 is the best documented welcome code on the current digital platform. It is for new UK players only, 18+.
The flow is simple but needs to be followed in order. Go to gentingcasino.com or open the Android app, then create an account with accurate UK details. Confirm the registration email, log in, and move to the Deposit section. Deposit at least £10. On the deposit page you will see a promo code box: type BIG132 there, exactly as written, no extra spaces, and treat the case as fixed. Once the payment is processed, the 132 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza should be credited to your account.
The wagering requirement is 60x on the total amount you win from those spins. There are 30 days from the moment the spins or funds land in your balance to get that cleared. The spins stay locked to Big Bass Bonanza only; any play on table games or live casino titles will not contribute toward the BIG132 wagering target.
GoldBets - For Players Who Prefer Tables
GoldBets targets players who want a matched deposit but also value live tables and real-dealer play. Set up an account at gentingcasino.com, log in, and head to the cashier. Deposit no less than £10 and place GoldBets in the promo field before you accept the payment. The 100% match, capped at £50, goes into your casino bonus balance, and you also receive 10 free bets for PlayTech Live Table Games.
After the deposit, it is worth opening the “My Bonuses” area. Some affiliate links bake in a welcome package so the bonus is triggered automatically without typing a code at all. If you do not see any promo field while depositing, it can be that a link-based welcome is already attached to the account. In most cases these two types of offer do not stack, so it is better to work out which one is active before adding more funds.

What Is On at Cromwell Road Venue
The Cromwell Road casino at 43-45 Cromwell Road, South Kensington, London SW7 2EF has its own running promo schedule that does not sync with the online product. None of these require an online promo code.
Currently confirmed in-venue offers:
- Crack The Safe - live from 29 June to 30 July. One try per eligible period to guess a 5-digit combination. A correct code unlocks £2,500 in free play. If there is no winner by the end of a given week, another £500 rolls into the prize pot.
- 50% Off Drinks - available daily during normal opening hours, automatically applied, so there is nothing to type or present at the bar.
- Slots Parties - occasional slots-focused events with prize draws. Dates, rules and prize structures appear on gentingcasinos.co.uk/whats-on.
The venue is open every day from 2:00 PM until 5:00 AM, and live gaming also starts from 2:00 PM. All of these promotions need you to be on-site and to meet the venue’s eligibility and ID rules. There is no remote opt-in.
A small practical detail: if a specific offer or event is the main reason for your visit, it pays to call the casino or check the website a day in advance. Dates move, promos close quietly, and it is easy to walk in for a promo that actually finished the previous week.
